Safety
We want all of our guests to have a great time and to ensure this we need to ensure that everyone behaves responsibly, knows what to expect from us and what we expect from you.
Sadly we can’t always rely on common sense so here are just a few mandatory rules that will be enforced. We rely on our guests to be our eyes and ears so if you spot these rules being broken, please let us know straight away.
We have tried to keep everything as plain as possible and if you have any questions or suggestions with a view to how we can improve.
Medical attention
If you’ve hurt yourself in any way we’re here to help you. We have a fully stocked first aid kit, trained first aiders and will do our best to provide you with basic first aid supplies. Please report all accidents to reception as we need to keep a record.
